I’m terrible with names but can drop a movie or Simpsons quote with ease.
I have over 20 years of professional video and photography experience.
Current favorite bands are The Midnight, Gregory Alan Isakov, and Petey USA.
I’m not handy but I can build a fence.
Child of the 80s, so anything retro or neon will have my full attention.
I like to watch at least one photography/video tutorial every day. I am always striving to learn more and better my craft, even in areas I already feel pretty confident in. I believe that if you don’t keep pushing, evolving your skills- you become complacent and that shows in the work.
I love being a dad to an amazing girl.
I have feared/joked about a robot uprising since seeing Terminator 2. It was even mentioned in my wedding vows. It gets less funny each year though as it seems more possible and imminent.
I’ve lived in Northern California, Los Angeles, upstate New York, Portland, and here on the Central coast.
My all time favorite quote is from runner Steve Prefontaine, and I try to live my life based on it, “To give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift.”
